Regardless of what Justin Trudeau says, there is currently no legal right to abortion by law, and we stand by former Supreme Court Justice Bertha Wilson when she said in the R v Morgentaler Decision that "the precise point in the development of the foetus at which the state's interest becomes 'compelling' I leave to the informed judgement of the legislature".
